How do we use the information you supply? • In order for us to send you a complete set of insurance documents we require your name and address. A contact telephone number is necessary in case a situation should arise where we need to urgently contact you.

• We also require an e-mail address to send you immediate confirmation of your purchase. By supplying us with an e-mail address you are permitting us to send you policy details of your purchased insurance to the address supplied.

• To allow us to issue you with a valid policy we require details of your travel plans and the name of those you wish to insure.

• For the travel insurance you purchase to be valid we need to know the age category of each traveller, we also ask a couple of medical questions in order to ensure you are eligible for the cover we offer. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

• We will never give your information without your consent to an outside organisation, unless it is required for the performance of your agreement with us, or it is needed for the purpose of the law.

• We do not hold your card details. All transactions are carried out securely by our merchant account providers

• By providing personal information using the online forms on this Website, you understand and agree that such information may be used by us, and affiliates, and selected third party partners of All Seasons Underwriting Agencies, to contact you by post, telephone or electronically (including by e-mail, SMS text and digital television) about other selected products, services and promotional offers of All Seasons Underwriting Agencies, and selected third party partners of All Seasons Underwriting Agencies, which may be of interest to you.
